Surface Treatment

OURSERVICE

Yicheng Metal provides comprehensive metal surface treatment solutions to enhance product value

Yicheng Metal provides a wide range of metal surface treatment services, from heat treatment, grinding, electroplating to painting, to meet customers' application needs in different industrial fields and improve the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and aesthetics of products.

Our production process includes

Heat Treatment

By using high-temperature heating and controlling the cooling speed and temperature, the carbon content and distribution in the steel can be changed, thereby changing the hardness, toughness, elasticity and other properties of the product.

Electroplating

Using the principle of electrolysis, a layer of metal plating is attached to the metal surface, providing a variety of surface options, such as nickel, chromium, zinc, tin, silver, gold, copper, zinc-nickel alloy, etc., to meet the different functional and aesthetic needs of customers.

Coating

Provides two options: powder coating and liquid coating

  • Powder coating: Suitable for products of various shapes, providing a durable surface protection layer. Powder coating is mostly recommended for outdoor environments.
  • Liquid paint: provides a variety of colors and effects to ensure the beauty and durability of the product surface.
  • Customized colors and coating effects can be provided according to needs to enhance the appearance and texture of the product.

Vibratory Finishing

By placing grinding stones, steel balls or other abrasives together with the workpiece into the vibration machine, the workpiece and the abrasive are rubbed together through long-term rolling or vibration, effectively removing burrs and defects on the metal surface and improving the smoothness of the product.

QPQ (Quench Polish Quench)

Combining heat treatment and chemical reaction, it effectively improves the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the metal surface, and is suitable for products with high strength requirements.

Polishing or Lapping

Use a grinder or hand tools to rub the surface of an object to improve the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of the workpiece.

Brushed finish

Using abrasives such as brushes or sand belts to grind the surface of metal workpieces to produce uniform but fine silk patterns, which can improve the appearance and texture and increase durability.

Anodizing

Through electrolytic reaction, a protective oxide film is generated on the metal surface, which improves the surface hardness and corrosion resistance, while increasing the aesthetics of the product.
