Quality Inspection

OURSERVICE

Yicheng Metal strictly controls product quality and provides reliable metal parts

Yicheng Metal attaches great importance to product quality. Therefore, we have implemented multiple quality control mechanisms in the production process. From the first sample inspection to the shipment inspection, we strictly control every level to ensure that each batch of shipment meets the standard requirements.

For dimensional inspection, we are equipped with a variety of testing instruments, including vernier calipers, angle gauges, thickness gauges, micrometers, height gauges and projectors to ensure accurate dimensions.

The quality inspection process is as follows:

First sample inspection

Before production begins, we confirm the key dimensions and functions of the product to ensure that the product design and specifications meet customer requirements.

Regular and quantitative quality inspection during the production process

During the production process, a certain number of products are regularly sampled for inspection to promptly identify and resolve potential quality issues and fully understand product consistency.

Process output traceability

Products in each process are identified and tracked, including production date and serial number, to facilitate subsequent traceability management and quality assurance.

Quality control inspection before shipment

Before shipment, professional quality control personnel conduct a final inspection of all products to ensure that each product meets the quality standards of the company and customers, and arrange safe and timely shipment.

In terms of functionality and weather resistance, we can provide the following tests based on customer needs to verify product reliability and service life.

Salt Spray Test

Simulate a high-salt environment to test the corrosion resistance of metal parts and ensure that products can maintain excellent quality even in harsh environments.

Thin Film Analyzer

Use a thin film analyzer to measure the thickness of the surface coating to ensure it meets the design requirements.

Hardness test (Rockwell hardness test)

The Rockwell hardness test is used to detect the hardness of metal materials to ensure the wear resistance and strength of the product.

Tension test

Perform tensile testing to evaluate the tensile strength and ductility of materials to ensure they meet design and safety requirements.
