The PI-001–PI-004 internal pipe fixing plug series features in-mold tapping, integrating stamping and threading into a single forming process. This ensures consistent quality while simplifying manufacturing steps and significantly increasing production efficiency.
Its unique threaded design keeps the curtain head securely fastened without loosening. Unlike traditional exposed pipe plugs, this product is installed inside the tube, making it virtually invisible from the outside after installation. This creates a clean and streamlined appearance at the end of the curtain rod, making it especially suitable for minimalist or seamless interior designs.
It also simplifies the installation of curtain finials, as users only need to gently screw the finial into place.
