This product, also known as an internal pipe plug or a plug with hidden threads, is primarily installed inside metal pipes. Its concealed thread design allows it to be locked with external screws, bolts, or connectors, providing not only support but also extending the functionality and assembly flexibility of the product structure.
In terms of manufacturing process, we use in-mold tapping technology, which means that the tapping process is completed simultaneously during stamping and forming. This effectively ensures the position and dimensional accuracy of the thread, while reducing labor costs, avoiding the risk of missed tapping or defects, and significantly improving production quality and efficiency.
We currently offer standard sizes such as 1-1/8", 1", 7", and 4", but we can also develop custom sizes and thread sizes to meet customer needs, supporting both metric and imperial thread profiles. To ensure installation stability, we also design tolerances for corresponding components to enhance grip and durability, making them suitable for applications such as furniture, medical equipment, and sports equipment.
